Pets are not allowed at Hotel de Gravin
All reservations and services are subject to the Uniform Conditions of the Hotel and Catering Industry:(www.khn.nl/uvh)
- All rates are per room per night based on the number of persons indicated.
- Where indicated, the rates include a generous breakfast buffet. Including V.A.T. and excluding tourist tax.
- Per person €2.50 per night of accommodation tax is charged
- The hotel room is available from 15:00 on the day of arrival. You must vacate the hotel room by 10:00 on the day of departure.
We apply the following cancellation conditions:
- Reservering < 3 nachten: bij annulering minder dan 24 uur van tevoren – 1e nacht zal in rekening worden gebracht
- Reservation 3 nights or more: if cancelled less than 24 hours in advance - 50% of the total reserved amount will be charged
For groups (bookings of 3 rooms or more) we have special cancellation conditions:
- Between 7 and 0 day(s): 100.00 % of the total booked amount will be charged.
- Between 30 and 8 day(s): 50.00 % of the total booked amount will be charged.
- On request, your child(ren) up to 16 years can stay in your hotel room. A limited number of rooms are suitable for this purpose. The costs are € 20.00 per child, per night, including breakfast buffet.
- On request, a third person can stay in your hotel room. A limited number of hotel rooms are suitable for this purpose. The costs are € 27.50 per person, including breakfast buffet.
Insurance:
The tenant is responsible for all damages caused. It is the responsibility of the tenant to be covered by travel insurance for these various risks. The same applies to any cancellation fees.
