De Gravin owes her name to Countess (gravin) Machteld - the patroness who gave 's-Gravenzande its city rights. At the time, she gave an identity to this coastal market town. This Countess inspired us in the realisation of our hotel.
The monumental building is a former warehouse built around 1850, which with its oak beams, high ceilings and large fireplace creates a very atmospheric environment. The hotel consists of 8 different rooms which are inspired by Dutch masters.
Our aim is to create a comfortable, warm atmosphere for both the guest seeking relaxation and the business guest to make their stay as pleasant as possible.
We hope to welcome you soon at De Gravin!
