With its beautiful skyline and high-rise architectural buildings, including the impressive Markthal, Rotterdam is a city with international allure. The Kunsthal and the Boijmans van Beuningen Museum should not be missed on the list of art lovers. Its location on the Maas river and close to the largest port in Europe make Rotterdam 'the city that never sleeps'. Rotterdam has also put itself on the map in terms of shopping and cuisine in recent decades.
