First of all, we hope you are healthy and safe. These are unreal times and we hope for nothing more than some normalisation.
Since the middle of March, Hotel De Gravin has been closed due to the corona crisis and we have missed you terribly! Especially with all those beautiful sunny days we had at 's-Gravenzande coast.
However, we have not been idle and have adapted to the new normal; a corona-proof hotel where your and our health and safety will be the focus, without compromising on the comfort and quality you have come to expect from us.
From 11 May onwards, our doors will therefore be open again, subject to the following measures:
- We ensure that our guests have plenty of space (at least 1.5 m) within our hotel walls;
- We will ask you at check-in what time you would like to have breakfast and may work with breakfast shifts - this is to ensure 1.5 metres distance to our guests;
- There is a maximum occupancy of 2 persons per room;
- For your and our safety, strict hygiene measures are taken in our hotel. For example, disinfection poles, Plexiglas screens at the reception, the fresh breakfast is served at the table instead of buffet. The staff works with protective equipment where and when necessary.
- In the interest of your health, we will not enter your room during your stay. Of course you can let us know if you want clean towels or other personal care products. We will gladly take care of this for you.
- As long as restaurants are not yet open, several restaurants in 's-Gravenzande offer the possibility of take-away and delivery. You can then enjoy your dinner at Hotel de Gravin in a Corona proof environment.
- Of course, we also ask our guests to follow the guidelines set by the RIVM, such as keeping a distance of 1.5 metres from our staff and other guests;
- If you have (had) cold and/or fever symptoms before you arrive, we will only check you in if you have been symptom-free for at least 48 hours. We assume that all our guests take their responsibility to comply with this.
The above measures will apply until further notice.
